Wash the product gently with mild dish soap before using it for the first time.
Do not heat the vessel when it is empty.
Do not use the vessel for stir-frying or deep-frying.
Remove the lid when using the vessel in the oven, as a rapid rise in temperature can cause it to crack.
Wash and dry the vessel thoroughly immediately after use and store it in a dry place when not in use.
Exercise caution when washing. Do not use abrasive cleaning agents or steel wool. Do not use hard metal objects to remove burnt-on food residue.
If food burns onto the vessel: boil water in it, add a tablespoon of baking soda, let it simmer over low heat for 2–3 minutes, allow it to cool, and then scrub with a melamine sponge.
