Shipping options and free shipping

We have collaborations with DB Schenker, BEST transport and Postnord to meet the customer's needs as best as possible. The standard delivery time is 1-3 days depending on where in the country you live.

We offer free shipping to all private customers who shop over 500 SEK. If your order contains spray paint, the limit for free shipping over 1 000 SEK applies instead. Otherwise, we have unit prices which you can see according to the table below. Your shipping price is also calculated directly at checkout before you make a purchase. We have a stop time which is visible at the top of the page. If the order is placed before the "Next delivery" time expires, it will be shipped the same day.

DB Schenker Parcel Agent

Fast delivery time of 1-2 days arriving at your nearest pick up point. If the order is to Sundsvall or higher (north of Sweden), you should expect an extra 1-2 days.

If you wish to have the delivery delivered to an agent other than the nearest one, you need to notify us at info@hlstore.com immediately after your order is placed and we will change it manually.

DB Schenker Parcel (Business)

A fast and flexible service for businesses, with a delivery time of 1-2 days. If the order is to Sundsvall or higher (north of Sweden), you should expect an extra 1-2 days.

To use this service, the delivery address needs to be a business address with office opening hours (does not apply if you choose the additional service agreed delivery time SEK 295).

If a delivery is not picked up/received by the customer, a fee of at least SEK 79 can be charged.

Best Home Delivery

Our fastest delivery option for most private customers. At checkout, you choose which day you want it delivered. In the metro area in Stockholm and Uppsala, you can receive home delivery the same evening as you order if it is done before "Next delivery" time expires. Delivery takes place between 17-22 every day of the week.

In order to receive a package, you should be at home and collect it. If you prefer BEST to leave the package at your door, you can go into their app and agree to allow them to do so as soon as you receive a delivery notification from them.

Collect in store

Shop online and pick up in store! Contact us if you want us to arrange for your order to be picked up in store. You can pick it up the same day at our warehouse in Rågsved and in our store in Södermalm after 1-3 days. If you choose to pick up in store, we will contact you when your package is ready to be picked up.

Deliveries to the EU

We offer delivery to all countries within the EU. The shipments are sent with DB Schenker Parcel including traceability and notification at unit prices. The delivery time is usually 2-4 days in northern Europe and 4-7 days further down the continent with some exceptions.

Deliveries to the rest of the world

On hlstore.com you cannot complete a purchase with delivery outside the EU, but must then contact info@hlstore.com as we do not have an agreement to ship outside the EU.

We will help you with this purchase manually. Payment is made with PayPal invoice and shipments are sent with Postnord including traceability and insurance.

Unclaimed packages

Shipments that are not picked up from agents are sent back after 14 days. These can be charged to the customer with a fee of between 50-200 SEK.
