Highlights is a Swedish art and design store specialized in graffiti and street art/culture. The first store opened up in 2001 and today we also run a second store with a small gallery and of course our online shop at By submitting an order at you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Order

For international customers all prices is presented in Euros and includes Swedish VAT. If you are located outside the EU customs may add fees. Orders can be placed via, phone or e-mail. We ship world wide but due to logistic laws we can only send your order with ground transport if it includes any aerosol products.

Whilst we try to ensure that all descriptions, images and prices which appear on are correct, errors may occur. Also be aware of that different monitors render color in different ways, the images on should therefore be seen as guidance and not an accurate representation of the item / color.

2. Payment offer different payment methods deping on where you are located. To see which payment methods that is available in your country go to the checkout and select your country. Customers in Sweden will be charged in Swedish krona, and customers outside Sweden are charged in Euros. The exchange rate to your local currency will depend on the rate given to you from your bank.

3. Shipping information

Delivery time for international orders is usually 2-7 days depending on your location. For orders inside Sweden delivery time is 1-2 days. We keep all products in stock and send out orders everyday at 13:00 (GMT +1) if we for some reason can't send your order in time we will contact you through mail to inform you about the delay. Shipping costs is calculated automatically and varies depending on location and weight. You can always see the total cost in your cart (make sure you selected your country in the adress field) before you confirm your order.

4. Return policy

We offer a money-back-within-14 day policy. All items must be returned undamaged in unused condition in its original packaging. Customers wishing to return products must always first contact Customer service by email or phone. Returns is at your own expense and make sure to use accurate packaging so the goods arrive safely.

Always contact our customer service before you send us your goods. After we recived and approved your return in accordance with the above conditions we will either exchange the returning items or refund your money. It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange and pay for the cost of return shipping and insurance if needed. The shipping back to you for exchanged items will be on our expense.

5. Complaints

Always inspect the shipment upon receiving and if damage is apparent have the delivery driver note it on your delivery receipt. If any product you ordered is defective after opening the package, or if we accidentally sent you the wrong item, please contact us via telephone or email within 2 months after you have received the delivery and we will sort it out as soon as possible. When received, we will inspect the faulty product, If we are able to repair or replace the items we will send a new package to you, if not we will refund your money. Always contact our customer service via email or telephone before you return an item.

6. Force Majeure

In the event of HLstore is being prevented in the performance of any act required caused by a force majeure; fire, flood, or other natural disaster, malicious injury, new laws, strikes, lock-outs, or other labour troubles, sudden official decisions affecting the market in a negative way such as restrictions in indications, warning texts or sales ban, riots, insurrection, war, criminal activity to the company or other reason of like nature not the fault of the party in performing under this Agreement, then performance of such act shall be excused and HLstore is exempted from penalties.

7. Deviations

If there is deviation from above agreements it will be clearly advertised in connection to the product it affects. In placing an order you agree to such deviation.

8. Personal information/data

  • What type of data is registered?

The information will be used for the purpose of fulfilling our commitments to you, as well as adjusting the site and other information to your personal preferences.
