Highlights / KR Distribution AB has conducted retail since 2001 and e-commerce since 2003. Our goal is to be able to offer you as a customer the best service and the best range of products in street-related culture, design, fashion and artist materials.
The following general conditions apply to the sale of goods from KR Distribution AB (Below as Highlights/HLStore). We recommend that you read our terms of purchase in connection with each purchase to ensure that these have not been changed without your knowledge.
All prices on HLstore.com are presented including Swedish VAT. Prices and offers here on the site apply to our online store. This does not mean that the prices are the same in our stores in Stockholm. Ordering of products takes place via www.HLstore.com, by telephone or by e-mail. Orders placed by persons under the age of 18 are assessed according to current rules for cash purchases and must have the guardian's approval for the order.
Highlights reserves itself for any incorrect prices, text and/or image errors on the site. Also keep in mind that different screens reproduce light and color in different ways, the images on HLstore.com should therefore be seen as guidance and not an exact representation of the product/color.

Electronic invoices apply to municipalities and county councils. We can also invoice against e-invoice if you are not a government entity, provided you can receive the service.
We use Pagero, which is an approved e-invoice manager for Swedish authorities. For approved invoicing against e-invoice, we need:

The delivery time at Schenker is normally 1-2 working days. Should the delivery time deviate from the promised time, we will contact you as soon as possible. The shipping cost is calculated automatically and varies depending on the total weight of the package and which country the recipient lives in. You can always see the total shipping cost in the shopping cart before confirming your order. Free shipping applies to private individuals on purchases over 500 SEK. When buying spray paint, the limit for free shipping is 1,000 SEK.
You can also choose home delivery with BEST Transport, which reaches around 7 million of the Swedish population. All you have to do is key in your postcode at checkout, and you'll see if BEST reaches you. Please note that this service is for private individuals and you must also be at home to sign for the delivery (via the link in the SMS Best sends you, you can change information about your delivery).
Highlights is responsible for the goods during transport to the customer. If you notice upon receipt that the package has visible damage, do not receive it. Ask the agent/delivery person to write the reason for the return on the package. Then contact customer service and we will help you. All goods remain the property of Highlights until full payment has been received by us.
You who shop via HLstore.com have 14 days of full right of return from the time the item is received, provided that the product is returned to Highlights in undamaged and unused condition with the associated original packaging. Customers who wish to return a product must always first contact Highlights' customer service by phone or email.
Before a return is approved, HLstore.com must have received and checked the item and found it to be sent in accordance with the above conditions. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange and cover the costs for the return shipping. Return shipping is at the customer's risk.
Packages that have not been picked up within 14 days of arrival at the package agent and are therefore returned will be charged an administrative fee of 150 SEK plus any postage costs.
It is the responsibility of the customer to check ordered products upon receipt for possible errors and deficiencies. If the customer finds through his investigation that the product is defective or lacking, the customer must complain about this in writing no later than 2 months from the date of delivery. If such a complaint is not made, the customer is considered to have accepted the condition in which the product was delivered. In case of complaints, always contact Highlights' customer service via email or phone before you return the product and we will help you how to proceed with shipping back to us. Upon receipt of a complaint, Highlights will check the product and then either repair it or replace you with an equivalent product.
HLstore.com is exempt from penalty for failure to fulfill certain obligations under this agreement, if the failure is based on an extenuating circumstance as described below and the circumstance prevents, hinders or delays fulfillment. Such as liberating circumstance shall be considered i.a. action or omission by an authority, new or amended legislation, conflict in the labor market, blockade, fire, flood, sabotage, major accident or other type of natural disaster. Force majeure includes authority decisions that affect the market and products negatively, e.g. restrictions in indication, warning texts, sales bans, etc., abnormal decline in the market and if the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects the business.
If something deviates from these conditions, this will be clearly advertised in connection with the respective product to which the deviation refers. By clicking on "Send the order" you also accept any deviation.
At Highlights, you can shop as a company or municipality and have your order delivered to an adress. When ordering at checkout, you can choose to create an account where you get a customer number, which facilitates future orders and making order history etc. available. For company orders, you need to enter a valid organization number as we take a credit report on your company.
For us at KR distribution AB, it is important that you feel safe when you shop at hlstore.com, when you make a purchase with us at hlstore.com, the data required to be able to deliver goods to you is saved. Information linked to the customer, such as name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, social security number (in case of purchase against invoice) and organization number (in case of order against company invoice).
The information will be used for the purpose of enabling us to fulfill our obligations to you in the event of a purchase, as well as adapt the site and other information to your personal settings. The mobile phone number you enter at checkout may be used for SMS notification of delivery or other communication relating to your order.
In order to process personal data, there must be support in the current data protection regulation, GDPR. Further processing of personal data may also be done after the customer has given his consent to that particular processing.

KR distribution AB saves data as long as the customer is active with us. If the customer terminates their contract with us, we will delete all information on the customer card if there is no reason for us to save the information. Reasons for us to save data could be for example in the case of unpaid debts, legal requirements or an unfulfilled purchase agreement.
We never disclose your information, except in certain cases to companies that provide services in the form of payment, shipping and accounting. We protect your information within our organization so that outsiders cannot access the information. We work continuously to protect our customers' privacy.

You who have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter have the right to object to how we process your data and can choose to unsubscribe at any time. You do this either directly in the newsletter you received sent to the email you registered, with our newsletter form, or by contacting us. We never store data unnecessarily, so if you subscribe to our newsletter and choose to unsubscribe, we will delete your data from the subscription list. You can still choose to subscribe again if you chose to unsubscribe.
Our newsletter contains offers and news in our product range and we would like you as a customer to receive these offers. As a subscriber to our newsletter, you can take advantage of customized offers based on what you have previously purchased.
