Medan Svensson åt plankstek was first published in 2005. The book received positive criticism for its ability to convey the fascination of this subculture for the uninitiated. The book has been out of print for well over ten years, and very difficult to obtain. Even in municipal libraries it is not easy to find. Several copies have disappeared from there over the years. The new edition of the graffiti and street art publisher Dokument Press is provided with new, extensive visual material and the text has been revised and updated.
