Utsikt Spanöga’s debut publication is a zine overflowing with color, movement, and creative excess — a playful and explosive visual world inhabited by monsters with imaginative, self-invented names.

Between the ages of three and five, Joar Englund, like many other children, produced a large body of drawings and paintings in a variety of formats and techniques. As both a parent and a photographer, it felt natural to encourage and preserve this joyful phase — a brief moment in life when expression is free, honest, and completely unfiltered.
